Generation and editing stay distinct
Reference-based generation changes an image; direct editing should preserve existing artwork. The two intentions are presented separately.
Complex automation remains editable
Automatic splitting follows real regions, while overlaps and unusual boundaries remain available for manual correction.

Border controls expose scope, extent, color and opacity before they are confirmed.
