For generation or download problems, include the approximate time, browser or device and visible error. Never send passwords or API keys.

Billing and cancellation

Send requests from the email used by the account when possible. Cancellation stops future renewals after the current paid period according to payment-provider processing rules.

Refund requests

Contact support promptly for accidental charges, inaccessible purchased credits or payment failures.
An approved refund may revoke related credits, subscription access or promotional balances; consumed digital credits may be non-refundable.

Safety reports

Provide enough detail to investigate abuse, rights violations or privacy issues. Accounts, content or records may be restricted or preserved for security, legal, payment or compliance reasons.
